An AI-assisted platform that runs construction projects end to end: live dashboards, an IFC model viewer, and document handling that used to eat entire afternoons. It sits behind a login, so here is the full walkthrough instead.
AI & Software Engineer/Automation, LLMs, full-stack/Casablanca, working remote
I build the unglamorous parts that make AI actually useful: automation pipelines that clear repetitive work, assistants that genuinely know your documents, and the software around them. Then I deploy it and hand you something your team can run without me. Two years of it, fifteen projects, ten live right now.
Every one of these has shipped for a real client or a real team. Nothing here is theory.
Your repetitive work, handled: data entry, triage, reports, follow-ups. I connect the tools you already pay for and let the AI do the boring part.
A chatbot grounded in your own data, so the answers are real ones. Retrieval first, generation second. It says "I don't know" instead of inventing.
Systems that reason through a task, call tools, and act across several steps. A workflow that finishes the job, not a single clever prompt.
The interface, the backend, the deployment. You get something you can put in front of users on day one, not a notebook you can't run.
Company sites, product pages, and landing pages that load fast, read properly on a phone, and are built to convert. With the admin dashboard behind it when you need one. Designed, built, deployed, and maintained by the same person.
Detection, recognition, OCR, tracking. Automating the visual checks that used to need a person watching a screen.
We start from what's costing you time, not from a tool I want to use. I'll tell you if AI is the wrong answer.
Short cycles you can see and test. Working demos early, so nothing lands as a surprise at the end.
Deployed properly, documented, and explained to your team. Support after if you want it. No lock-in.
Platforms in daily use, deployed client products, and research that earned an 18/20.

▶ WatchIt reads dense technical documents, builds a semantic knowledge graph out of them, and answers questions in plain language, grounded in what the documents actually say. My engineering thesis, and the piece of work I am most proud of.
▶ WatchA 3D training app that recognises gym equipment, tracks your body in real time, and corrects your posture through an avatar. Vision, pose estimation, and a game engine, held together.
▶ WatchBuilt on Sentence-BERT, it matches a question to the right answer by meaning rather than by keywords, which is why it still works when nobody phrases things the way the docs do. Wired into a real-time web app.
A digital tooling platform that pulls AI and automation into daily site and project workflows. Built full-stack, deployed, and running.
▶ WatchDesigned and built the interface for browsing insurance, banking, and retirement products, for one of Morocco's largest insurers. Dense information, made calm enough to tap through.
A responsive company site with a full admin dashboard behind it for managing users and content. I designed it, built it, deployed it, and still maintain it.
The company's public platform and the internal tooling hub connected to it. Full-stack across both layers, shipped to production.
I trained as an AI and software engineer at ENSAM Casablanca, and I now lead AI innovation at BIMPioneers, where I run ten or more projects at once, from spotting the business need through to client delivery, and mentor a team of interns while I'm at it.
Before that I built LLM, RAG, computer vision, and full-stack systems at Cegelec (Vinci Energies), NowEdge, and GRH Maroc. The thing clients tell me they value: I take a fuzzy problem and hand back something that works, and I can explain how it works in plain language, in French or in English, to people who don't write code.
I am picky about what I take on. If AI isn't the right tool for your problem, I would rather say so early than bill you to find out slowly.
Describe the problem in a sentence or two. I'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right fit, roughly what it would take to ship it, and whether I'm the right person for it.
